Noblesse Oblige is a French phrase, literally meaning nobility obligates. In broader terms, it signifies that those of high rank have the obligation to behave honorably, generously, and responsibly to others.

History of WHEELS NHS

The WHEELS Chapter of the National Honor Society was founded in September 2012.  Members were selected by the Faculty Council based on their record of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.
